Very busy stop in city centre

This was a busy stop as it is right at the heart of the city with many shops and restaurants surrounding it. The tram platforms rise up to match the level of the trams so there is a gradient to them where the incline is changing to match the pavements around them. There are two platforms separated by the tram tracks in the middle. Each platform has some small shelters with perching benches, a ticket machine, a help point, tactile markings at the edge of the platform and a wheelchair symbol to indicate the best place to wait to be close to the doors by the wheelchair space.
