Wheelchair accessible more then you think

I am a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: hearing, moving around and understanding.
Overall Rating
Good
I am just writing this review as lots of people don’t realise that laser quest is wheelchair accessible since most people go up steps but there is another step free entrance. Just be aware that ramps inside laser quest are a little too steep for comfort personally so although possible to go upstairs in a wheelchair I stayed downstairs
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
There is a separate entrance into laser quest so all the people that are able to go up stairs but wheelchair users or anyone else who struggles with stairs can go in downstairs entrance. The problem is inside laser quest the ramps to get to the top are a little steep for comfort. It is possible to get the wheelchair up the ramp but I felt unsteady so just played downstairs.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Parking and public transport is amazing a Trafford centre with plenty of disabled parking bays
Accessible Toilets
Good
Accessible toilets in the Trafford centre are good, I didn’t notice any changing place toilets but I didn’t check so there could still be changing place toilets in the Trafford centre but not sure
Staff
Good
The staff are helpful with me in a wheelchair but before I became physically disabled (visible) and was just autistic so disability was invisible they were not very helpful or understanding but this was a few years ago so not sure things have changed with invisible disabilities but they are definitely great if your disability is visible
