Come and Join Us - Let's Play - Living Golf delivers healthy lifestyles exercises and golf programmes on both, golf driving ranges and golf courses in Morayshire. The programmes are open to everyone, including vulnerable people of all ages, golfers and non-golfers with physical and mental challenges such as learning disabilities, depression, anxiety & stress disorders, dementia & Alzheimers or any other circumstances which make it more difficult to socialise and exercise. The Living Golf programme started in 2009. It is well developed and successful. Golf is the only sport where everyone is equal due to the handicap system. Champions play together with beginners. In Living Golf everyone is accepted for who they are, independent of skills & ability. Living Golf supports people to flourish, it promotes friendship, safety, fairness, mutual respect, and helping each other and laughter. It is an ideal tool to integrate people with disabilities into feeling worthwhile and becoming part of a community.
