Accessible toilet inaccessible for wheelchairs

Toilet has grab rails but that’s where the positives stop. Layout and placement of the bin etc. means that you can get a wheelchair inside but then there is no room to turn around or transfer. I’m lucky that I can stand to transfer but it was then very hard to get back out. When we raised this they said they had tried to raise this before but had got nowhere.

good access around centre

The outlet shopping centre has good level entry and excellent flooring throughout. Some ramps which are quite steep.
