    Loch Lomond Bird of Prey Centre

    About

    Home to over 30 Birds of Prey and owls, the centre raises awareness of the naturel world and how these creatures benefir the eco-system. Raising awareness and providing education on the species is an important part of conservation. The centre is located in a natural woodland, the residents are housed in purpose built enclosures which satisfy their needs. The education cabin contains information on species found in the UK, and specific features which enable these birds to survive. Information and fact sheets are located throughout the centre, providing factual information on species and groups. Home to all five British species of Owl, and a range of British raptors, including Goshawk, and Orla, the magnificent Golden Eagle.
