London Brewery Tours

Better Mobility was asked to undertake the Bermondsey Brewery Tour to assess for wheel chair access at four brewery sites. Commencing at Bermondsey City Hall. the group headed off to Southwark Brewery. The first of four micro breweries on the leisurely walking tour. Prior to sampling the delicious beer, a fascinating talk from Pete aka "Big Bear" on the origins of beer kept all enthralled. Make the most of the disabled toilet facilities here, as our team found the next brewery, the Anspach & Hobday lacking in wheelchair accessible facilities - however, this is now being addressed by the tour organisers. They were not lacking in great beers though, and the team settled down to enjoy some fantastic Pale Ale.
