Lowenna at Cusgarne Manor

Cusgarne Manor is a tranquil, adults-only destination in the heart of rural Cornwall. Lowenna is a 1-bed, level-access, self-catering property designed with wheelchair users and less mobile people in mind. The property overlooks the wooded valley, a field with sheep and the sand school of our livery stables. It's designed for a couple but can sleep up to three people as there is a sofa-bed in the lounge. It's also dog-friendly with an enclosed garden. Lowenna means 'joy' in the old Cornish language so we hope it brings you that. The main living area is open-plan with a well-equipped, wheelchair-friendly kitchen so if you like to cook this is for you! There is also a dining table for three, comfortable sofa (which turns into the spare bed) and a nice riser-recliner chair. There is also an accessible decked area with lovely valley views and a gas BBQ. The bedroom has a comfortable and supportive pocket-sprung king-size bed with a deep topper, duck and goose feather duvet and pillows, and 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets, and it has a large en-suite wet-room (please note that a sofa-bed guest or carer needs to use this too). The loo is 46cm high with good grab bars (stainless not coloured) and a remobable frame. The shower also has a grab bar and both a folding seat (15st 6lb) and a removable one (20 stone). Lowenna has an allocated wide parking space right next to the property. Please note that the grassed area below the deck is only accessible via shallow steps.
