Excellent
Small hotel but they have made the most of the space, very accommodating and helpful staff
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Flat and easy pavements from bus and tube stops Lift in hotel and seats in reception so could sit down and check in. Reception desk lowered all round so I wasnt being looked down on Accessible room was spacious, had a large wet room with bars and a seat for the shower
Parking & Transport
Good
No parking but there are streets right outside that you could park on (unsure on permits etc) Right opposite Kings Mall car park so a 50-100m walk from car to hotel probably
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Wet room in bedroom which was spacious, wider doors so easier access into bathroom, seat in shower and grab rails where expected
Staff
Excellent
Very helpful staff, offered to bring breakfast to the room if I couldnt make it to breakfast in the morning
Additional Information
We would visit again, very nice hotel, good value for money, helpful staff and close to accessible (not on all lines) tube station and bus stops so a good base for exploring London
