Reasonable Facilities, Poorly Managed New

Overview
The disabled toilet cubicle itself is easily accessed as it is just inside the step-free main door, outside the barrier gate for the Ladies and Gents. Unfortunately, that is also its biggest problem as it means that anyone and everyone who doesn't want to pay 50p just uses the single, free, accessible toilet which doesn't need a Radar key. When I arrived, the queue was massive, with it being used by some bikers holding up at least four people with genuine need. Inside, the toilet is functional enough with the standard grab rail set-up and (just) enough room to manoeuvre my manual wheelchair. Unfortunately, when I was there, a clean/check had plainly not been done for a while as the floor was covered in, shall we say, puddles. The other major problem is that there is only one emergency call button at door handle height with no pull-cord or even a button at floor level
Transport & Parking
These toilets are situated at the main car park in Luss, which is immediately on the left after turning off the main A82 (coming from the north). They are next to a "Village Shop" which also does takeaway food. We didn't go in, but we did get some delicious ice cream from a nearby van. The car park is large and free to Blue Badge holders. We couldn't find the apparently marked disabled spaces but managed to park very near the toilets with plenty space to transfer from the car to my wheelchair.
Access
The toilet entrance is step free and there is a dropped kerb right outside.
