Excellent
Excellent trip, helpful staff who applied courtesy & common sense. 90 minute trip (we had good weather) good commentary, saw seals. Thoroughly enjoyed.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Rang prior to visit to ask about access. Very helpful conversation - we were advised which tour to take to make sure the tides were right to make access easier. 2 lovely crew made sure wheelchair user got up the access ramp & board safely, parked us in a good viewing spot & brought 2 cups of coffee. Excellent !!!
Parking & Transport
Good
Parking on level at start of the pier, but we took a taxi for convenience.
Accessible Toilets
0Didn't need loo but looked difficult - a 12" bulkhead to negotiate & then a standard very small w.c

Wonderful, helpful, charming what more can I say!
