Lord almighty where do I start.

The price is expensive for what it is. The workers are friendly and eager to help. The animals while there is a great selection there is not what was promised. A few of the animals are inaccessibile to even able bodied people. Now let's get down to the bit that has really irked me. It's completely inaccessibile! The property is on a slant so it's very hard to get out of it. The ground is the deep wet bark stuff so you will get yourwheelcharie stuck. I have a power bike but it was still impossible to get around. There is hardly any room to move the layout is chaotic as well as the animal meets where they bring out an animal and show you. It was impossible for me to be a part of it as they all sit in an enclosed square bit on benches so you have to step over the bench to sit down and be a part of it. It's just not wheelchair accessible 🤦‍♀️ as well there is a train that goes around in a small circle you can sit on it to see the animals but again that's not wheelchair accessible and you are constantly having to get over the tracks my wheels were getting stuck and my husband had to constantly take his eyes off our children to get me unstuck. It was really frustrating and disappointing. But the stars are for the staff they seemed happy and willing to help there is just no accessibility and a billion trip hazards. They also have no toilets or changing areas anything like that. And it will cost 4 of you £35 for nothing 😬 I'm also hard of hearing. I didn't understand anything that was being said when they were trying to show the animals as the guy had his back to me the whole time. One of my children has severe autism she wanted to touch the animals but the man seemed to avoid her. 🫣
