Street level entry. Lowered and standard height reception desk immediately in front of you. Very helpful staff. Lifts are to the left of reception. Buttons are a good height for most. Raised arrows on buttons. Booked through booking.com but DO NOT DO THAT. The room initially allocated was a bit tight for space. The reception staff were super helpful and immediately switched us to a more accessible room because booking.com had not told them about our request for access. When entering the bathroom there was a mild panic as there were zero grab rails and no shower chair. A quick call down to the front desk reassured us they would be brought up... however we had to wait until the following morning when a maintenance tech would be on shift. This was another inconvenience due to the miscommunication from booking.com. If booking, call them directly. Not only will this ensure proper accessibility but will also end up cheaper. I was impressed with how clean and spacious the room was. The bed was quite high up with room under the bed for a mobile hoist should you require it. Only down side being that there was no option to make it a twin room, only one double bed, even though there was enough room at either side to have separated the beds a bit and still had ample space for transfer. Good height table and 2 chairs in the room as well as a shelf under the TV with socket and USB for charging devices. Additional sockets either side of the bed to charge power chair and use ventilator etc. Over all this was a great hotel and I would definitely book here again.
