Boat company Manchester Cruises offers a unique boat trip departing from outside MediaCityUK at Salford Quays. Our boat will take you to see some of the fantastic sights along the Manchester Ship Canal. During the 45 minute excursion you will sail around the exciting new development area offering views of the Lowry, Imperial War Museum North, the BBC studios and the new ITV development where Coronation Street is now filmed! You'll be able to take in the views of the stunning bridges that span the water and learn from our commentary while choosing from a selection of drinks and snacks to enjoy onboard.

Disabled Access at Manchester Cruises

We do have a ramp for easier access at the rear of the boat for the majority of our trips which is suitable for wheelchair access. When the water level is low due to forecast rain we use the front of the boat which is more difficult to board. Unfortunately, we do not know when the water levels will be lowered in advance.
