Overall Rating
Excellent
I have been to the Mayflower several times and sat in the stalls near the front and yesterday right at the back, the viewing is excellent everywhere I have been positioned. He staff are attentive and the accessible WC is perfectly positioned and offers changing places facilities.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
There main entrance is stepped but both wings of the theatre have gentle sloped, designated accessible entrances manned by staff. This is also adjacent to the accessible WC.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
I drive and have found parking nearby in free City parking but there is also a NCP just round the corner. There is also a drop off with double yellow lines and ne disabled driver had even parked there! Bus stop literally outside and the train station is a 5 min walk/push but it is on a hill
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Fully accessible WC / changing places with hosts and electric raising basin.
Staff
Excellent
Very helpful in pointing toward seating and the respectful offer of assistance if required.
