WestQuay Shopping Centre

I/We used to use West Quay shopping Southampton every other day about three times a week, Because it did have an excellent Shop Mobility hire Shop, with a large range of scooters. power chairs and manual wheelchairs as well as buggies for youngsters, this all changed in the wake of the Covid outbreak, it was scaled down and is now I believe is closed as all the customer service staff were made redundant three months ago, I/We emailed the shopping centre with our concerns, and their reply was disappointing, they did not believe that the service was not worth the expense, and the policy was following the wishes of its share holders. needless to say I no longer spend my money there.

Unable to get round ramp without reversing on larger scooter. Was not able to just drive up.

Everything is accessible. Toilets, parking, shops all easy to navigate in a wheelchair.
