Visited McDonald's Avonmeads Bristol as I needed the loo. Found the pull cord wrapped around the drop rail. I had to untangle it before I could drop the rail to be able to transfer to the loo. I reported it to the manager on shift who was clueless of the regulations regarding disabled toilets.
