McDonald's

Wee stop off for lunch when travelling North. Everything was to MacDonald's normal standard, nice and clean, quick service brought to my table (I like that part as it's hard to carry a tray & use crutches). Popped to the loo, weirdly I like MacDonald's loos as they are the same layout/height etc no matter which outlet you're in. Only this one's door lock had been broken and they replaced it with a bolt that not only had to be slid into the door but rotated too. Easy to lock, almost impossible to unlock. What stressed me more is that no one from the outside could have helped. Disappointed.
