Overview
Booked a wheelchair accessible room. I got through the door and was asked “Are you okay with stairs” They hadn’t allocated me a wheelchair accessible room. They then moved me to a room with lift access but the room was tiny, I couldn’t get my walker through the door without folding it, and the bathroom wasn’t accessible to me. We complained but no compensation was offered.

Toilets
In the accessible toilet in the bar, the toilet door is so heavy I could hardly push it. The red cord was wedged in tightly behind some pipes so that people couldn’t even free it, let alone use it.
