Overall Rating
Excellent
Stayed for one night. Had phoned earlier in week to discuss accessibility and reassured. On arrival my partner went into reception, my conversation with them had been noted. A disabled bay in the car park had been reserved and a member of staff was waiting by the accessible entrance to let me in. Its a shame that there isn't a ramp for the front steps but it would be steep if there was. But access through the rear door was fine for me. Room was brilliant, large and spacious with a good bathroom. Only problem for me was self propelling on the carpet, it slowed me down due to the pile!
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
To get in you have to go round side on Newman st. Let reception know you are there via a bell and they will let you in. Lifts big enough for wheelchair and people. Long ramp from front to rear. Some steps visible into some areas. Accessible room on first floor.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Drove. Car park on side of hotel. Secure multi story. Disabled bays next to entrance. I spoke to reception earlier in week and they reserved one for me.
