I went to a Pantomime in Milton Keynes

I went to see a Pantomime in Milton Keynes. It was good wheelchair friendly with lifts to get onto different floors in the theatre. Everyone is happy to help you.

ACCESS TO THEATRE GOOD

REALY GOOD Access to theatre with 12 wheelchair places.They are not all in one place so have lots of choice where we sit . Staff well trained to help us. I have been going to this theatre since it opened and I still find it a good and consistent service. food on site or lots of eating places nearby.

Disabled Access at Milton Keynes Theatre

There are six wheelchair spaces available in the stalls. There is lift access to all levels of the theatre. All areas of the Theatres are accessible to customers with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. There is level access from Margaret Powell Square, through into the foyer, with level access into the auditorium at both sides of the stalls. Ramped access is provided to backstage areas. The building features wide corridors and doors, and additional toilet facilities for disabled people. There are fully accessible toilet facilities for both men and women.

We have 5 disabled toilets all are able to accommodate wheelchairs, they have rails on either side and a pull down one on the side of the toilet and also a rail on the inside of the door.

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
