    Good

Modern 2 is based in an old building near Dean Village that has been updated to include a lift and an accessible toilet. Signage is limited though so take the lift at the accessible entrance to the rear of the building This building has so many old features that contrast with the modern art within. There is a cafe with all kinds of treats. The accessible toilet is on the entrance floor and is narrow, not doughnut room. The staff are knowledgeable about the art and are helpful and approachable.
