Overview

I took my children to Monkey Bizness at Centertainment. Parking is okay as long as its not busy. There are some disabled spots outside the restaurants but not outside the venue itself. When you go in, there's steps outside the laser tag and also a lift. It's quite tight but I fit in okay in my standard size wheelchair with my two children and partner, but it was tight. The staff were all friendly. You can buy socks at the entrance if you've forgotten them. It's reasonably priced. The counter at the entrance and cafe part are very high. I had to reach high to use the card machine at the cafe bit which wasnt easy. The staff were happy to bring things to my table when i asked which was good. The ramp up to the cafe is quite steep. I managed to self-propel but I had to build up some momentum! The disabled toilet is right by the cafe area. It's quite spacious and I thought it was really quite good. It's certainly one of the better ones! You can go right up to the play area, but i stayed at a table by the cafe. As its a soft play, it does get really quite loud. The lights are bright but not too bad. Overall its an okay place to go.
