Disabled people parked at Morrisons for years with no charge then suddenly we got hit with a parking fine, no notice of impending charges. We went inside to challenge it and the really rude and unhelpful member of staff insisted that everyone knew except us but we challenged her to go outside with us to the car park and ask the first person driving into a disabled space if they knew there was now a charge. She went very reluctantly outside with us and of course the first woman didn't know, nor the person after that..... The signage where they had informed Blue Badge holders that they now had to pay was down the carpark next to the paying machine where they would not have gone as they didn't know that they had to pay! That was even before the issues they would have had using the machine..... Took it up with their management who told us that we could get an exemption put on our car but we said we would love to do that if it applied to ALL Blue Badge holders parking there and using the shop. Unsurprisingly, that didn't happen so we haven't shopped there for years now.
