    Moshimo

This is a wonderful, reasonably priced Japanese restaurant in central Brighton. They are attentive to allergies and have a detailed allergen menu, on which they make the distinction between foods containing allergens and cross-contamination may-contains. My wife is coeliac and has eaten here many times and has never been unwell. There is a long ramp up to the restaurant and I can ride in on my mobility scooter easily. The staff are also happy to store my folded-up scooter near the entrance. I can transfer to a regular seat am so unsure whether they can remove seats for a wheelchair user who doesn’t wish to transfer. There is a dedicated disabled loo with a fair amount of space to turn around, but the door is manual; there is no electric assist door. There is a low trough sink outside the loo for everyone to wash their hands. The music and sound here can be fairly loud, but not more so than most lively, upbeat restaurants.
