Mount View Caravan Park

Pitches, roads and paths have pebbles on them making the venue very inaccessible for wheelchair users and difficult for those that struggle to walk or may need a route clear of obstructions. Their bathroom has not got emergency pull cord, push taps and shower (with no temperature control) and the shower is either incredibly cold or hot. The grab rails are the same colour as the walls, there’s a small step to get into the shower, there’s also baby changing facilities in the accessible bathroom. The shower stool is easily breakable, slippery and small. The shower tray is also slippery and dangerous. Overall it’s incredibly inaccessible!
