    Not totally disabled access rooms

It's a great hotel, at a great location while travelling from Scotland to England as a stop-off but the "disabled access" rooms are not totally disabled accessible. I had booked the wrong date and there was one room left; shower over bath, which I couldn't use (I couldn't get in the bath, even with the help of my husband). I was told by the Reception Staff that even the accessible rooms were shower over baths? My money was refunded for the wrongly booked room but I can't understand why they would sell a room under "accessible" if it isn't?
