Excellent

This is the first time we have visited this store which has not been open all that long. It is located in a modern shopping centre so there is plenty of accessible parking and it is easy to get around the centre. We have been reluctant to use the shopping centre because we have found the centre's disabled toilets to be too constricted. However, this M&S Food Hall has its own disabled toilets which are extremely well designed and equipped and the whole store (even the cafe) is easily accessed from a wheelchair. Even the shelves are not too high.

Flat throughout. Easy access. Nothing piled up in aisles. Disabled toilets well signed.

Parking & Transport

Excellent

We drove and there were plenty of disabled parking bays.

Accessible Toilets

Excellent

Easily located. Spotlessly clean. Loads of hand rails. Plenty of space, including for carer. Option of left or right access cubicles. Pegs for coats, etc.

Staff

Good

Didn't need to engage with staff other than paying at checkout.
