Excellent
Plenty of space for wheelchairs with platform lift from ground floor entrance to the first floor where the main part of the restaurant is located. The platform lift has room for one wheelchair/powerchair and one parent/friend.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Overall access is good. There is plenty of room for wheelchairs, a well-sized accessible toilet and really helpful staff.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Good number of spaces in the Eldon Square Shopping Centre multi-storey car park with lift access for car park to Eldon Square Shopping Centre and then a short distance to the restaurant which is clearly signposted or can be found by asking staff.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
There is one accessible toilet on the first floor which is clean and well-maintained.
Staff
Excellent
Staff are really helpful, calling the lift for me which I sometimes struggle to do and pointing out the disabled toilet as well as moving the chair at the table for me so there was space for my wheelchair.
