Overview

Ocean Terminal is one of the most accessible venues I know. Nando's is located on the top floor and is new to the venue. The staff were helpful, the food delicious. There was one issue and this was with the accessible toilet. The door would not close properly so I was not able to use the toilet on this occasion. I did mention this to a member of staff so hopefully the issue has been resolved.

Transport & Parking

Ocean Terminal has ample parking.

Access

Ocean Terminal is a fully accessible venue. There are three levels and plentiful lifts or escalators if you're able. Nando's is on the top floor, and when inside the restaurant everything is all on one level.

Toilets

I was unable to use the toilet on my visit as there was something preventing the door from closing. I did mention this to a member of staff so I am hoping this is now resolved.
