Good

Easy access from Car Park, automated doors to reception area, toilets easily accessible, very impressed at initial visit.

Disabled Access In and Around

Good

Automated doors and wide enough for wheelchair access. Lift available to access upper floors.

Parking & Transport

Excellent

I found plenty of disabled spaces, along with a .large main carpark. If I were to come on public transport it would be difficult to reach the centre from where I live

Accessible Toilets

Excellent

Access to toilets directly from waiting area is good, access to disabled toilets good providing not being used by general public,.

Staff

Excellent

First impression of staff was very good, but on reflection it`s not before time, same staff in Hr Broughton Health Centre were rude and very unhelpful. Have they all been retrained in reception duties??

Has the new centre got a focus group of patients to review how the facilities are working and to ask for comments/recommendations?
