Poor attitude of senior staff member. The only access involved pressing bell which was only accessible at standing height. Front and back entrances have steps and no ramps. Only access is by side door which is only able to be opened by a member of staff who you have to call by pressing the bell you can't reach from a wheelchair. 2 complaint letter to Trustees ignored
