Newton On Ayr train Station

The station is unstaffed, although there is an assistance and help point at the entrance. Platform two is accessible via the carpark, but platform two has stairs to access the platform; there is no lift. The stairs have tactile paving on each side as well as yellow markings on each step, although they are faded, so they may be more difficult to see. The stairs also have handrails on each side. Both platforms have benches that have armrests for each seat and dot matrix signs. Platform one also has a shelter with benches inside. The edge of the platform also has yellow tactile paving. The car park has one accessible space with yellow markings on one side and six other parking spaces.
