Parking is right outside the front door on the secure gravel driveway with brick path to the front door. There is one small step down inside the front door. Everything Cromer has to offer is just minutes away - the shops, restaurants, cafe's, pubs and beach are on your doorstep. The house has 6 spacious bedrooms, and 4 enticing entertaining spaces including a 70m2 garden room with plenty of comfortable seating and games for all 12 guests. 5 of the bedrooms are on the first floor, there is no other requirement to use stairs. The house is ideal for family and group celebrations and holidays.
