This is a GOLF hotel. If you are not part of a golf party/competition/tornament/etc then chose somewhere different. It is not disability friendly (no disabled bays, steep climb to entrance with 7 steep steps, 2 sets of 9 steep stairs to reach room). We had to leave my wheelchair in the car as they did not cater for mobility aids. If a golf event is taking place the whole hotel is noisy - especially at meals times when you feel totally alienated. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. We ate out as the restuarant and bar menus were not to our taste.

There were no lifts but all areas were accessible by stairs. Most closest seating was occupied by golf players.

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
Car park was gravel with no disabled bays. The nearest parking was reserved for golf officials. When an event was on, nearest parking was usually 2/3 rows back.

The bedroom toilet was large and clean but was not equipped for disabled people.
Staff
Excellent
All staff we saw (with one exception) were extremely friendly and helpful. I truelly think they were slightly sympathetic so us as "outsiders".
Additional Information
Our room was large and well equipped with a sea view. There was ample storage place and seating. It was clean and sensibly decorated and the room service was also very good.
