I was booked into here from Flybe when my flight was cancelled due to bad weather. I got an accessible room on the 4th floor and was really impressed as my room was just across from the elevator. On entering the room it was spacious and well laid out for me in my wheelchair. I was able to move around the low bed with ease. Plenty of assistance cords by the bed. Wardrobe was low and accessible . The bathroom was well laid out and very modern. Door wasn’t sliding but opened both ways and I was able to get my chair in easy. Transfers to the toilet and the shower seat were easy. The food in the restaurant was very nice and the facilities was very wheelchair friendly. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet but there was plenty of staff on hand to assist.
