Overall Rating

Good

Didn't book an accessible room but lifts were available although not the largest. Entrance on first floor, there is a ramp but rather steep.

Disabled Access In and Around

Good

Steep ramp to get in and no signage. Smallish lifts available.

Parking & Transport

Excellent

Booked this as flying from Birmingham airport the next day. Is right opposite the entrance to the airport and not too far from bus stops.

Staff

Excellent

As soon as we arrived with me in a wheelchair a young lady offered to help with our luggage. She then phoned the airport to book special assistance to take me from the hotel to the airport the next morning. In the morning when the assistance was late the man on the desk kept phoning them until they arrived.
