I am a carer or friend of a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination, moving around and speaking or communicating.

Poor

Staff were friendly and supportive but ultimately we were unable to stay in this hotel. The accessible room was tight on space and the bathroom design & size meant I was unable to safely help my husband transfer to use the toilet. I think if you're more able to independently transfer or if you are ambulant then the room would be ok. Please check fully that the accessible room can accommodate your needs before going. Tight space at bottom of bed between bed & furniture and raised lip into bathroom. The step free shower has slanted surrounds which reduces the floor space for maneuvering. Grab rails at toilet but design of bathroom means there's limited space infront of toilet.
