Oakwood West Holidays have four luxury dog friendly cottages in the beautiful countryside of the South Downs. The cottages have been designed with accessibility in mind, with stair free access, level access wet rooms, and downstairs sleeping arrangements available. Please do get in contact with us or take a look at our website for more details on each of the properties, your hostess Sarah will be more than happy to help you before and during your stay and to accommodate your needs. This includes helping carrying your luggage to and from your car if needed. The properties each have a private hot tub, an enclosed garden, and outside seating areas. Inside you'll find cosy wood burners, comfy sofas, and modern kitchens. The gorgeous bathrooms are the perfect place to refresh after a day exploring all of the wonderful things to do locally. You'll find the cathedral city of Chichester, the quaint sailing villages of Bosham and Emsworth, the sandy beach of West Wittering, and fabulous walks in the South Downs and along the shore of Chichester Harbour. There's lots of great local produce to sample, available from charming farm shops & butchers.

Disabled Access at Oakwood West Holidays

Meadow Hide, sleeping 4, and welcoming up to two dogs, is a completely accessible single floor holiday cottage. It has level access throughout with doors of at least 670mm, and a 1000mm entrance door with illuminated outside access, a ground floor wet room, and wide doors suitable for wheelchairs, and two ground floor bedrooms. The entry keypad has large clear numbers and is located to the right of the entrance door. The garden is a level decked area with a hot tub. The secret balcony off the master bedroom is also level access and a lovely spot for reading a book and looking out over the wildlife meadow. Fern Lodge, sleeping 6, and welcoming up to two dogs, has two floors, with a master bedroom and en-suite on the top floor. The lower floor has a double bedroom and alcove bed, a level access wet room, and level access doors into and throughout the property. The entry keypad has large clear numbers and is easily located next to to the entrance door. The garden has a large decked area with seating and steps down to the lawn and hot tub. Lucky's Stable, sleeping 6 plus one extra child, is the largest of the properties at Oakwood West Holidays, it has level access throughout the ground floor. Two dogs are welcome. Two double bedrooms are located upstairs with one bathroom. Downstairs there is a double bedroom which can be either twin beds or a double. There is also a wet room, it has slightly tighter access, so may not be suitable for all guests. The garden has a large decked space, with steps down to the hot tub and the lawn area. Silhouette's Stable, sleeping 4 plus one extra child, two dogs are welcome. There is level access but it is not the main door it is at the back of the property entering into the kitchen. Two bedrooms are upstairs with a bathroom, downstairs there is a sofa bed with privacy partition in the lounge area. There is a cubicle shower and not a wet room downstairs at Silhouette's Stable. The garden has a decked area with steps down to the lawn and to the hot tub. All of the properties have parking close to the entrance doors. The gardens and outside areas are all well lit.
