Unfortunately, what was an excellent destination for wheelchair users has been spoilt by the profusion of bins in the accessible toilets.
Accessible Toilets

Whilst there are four accessible toilets in the main centre these have been rendered useless for many wheelchair users by the placement of so many bins. So much so that it has become impossible to undertake a side transfer to use the loo. Come on Ocean Terminal at least have some loos that can be used as originally designed. Without good toilet facilties the thought of spending any time at the Centre or indeed visiting at all falls off the radar.
Additional Information
Why not have one of the loos bin free in each of the two locations? That way it can be used as intended.
