Disabled Access Information Provided by One World Shop

Disabled Access at One World Shop

St John's Cornerstone Centre is a historical space, with some accessibility issues, as is common in Edinburgh. There is a small lift inside the church that can access the lower terrace from the street level; however you will need to ask for assistance when the church is closed to the public. One World Shop has step-free access, and while it is small, it is wheelchair accessible for the most part. There are a few steps to access the changing room, and rug display. Our staff and volunteers are happy to offer assistance in any way that is useful.

Transport nearby One World Shop

We are located at the bottom of Lothian Road, on the corner of Princes Street. There are tram stops located on Princes Street and Shandwick Place; and train stations at Waverley and Haymarket. There are many bus stops around the area, and a taxi rank across the road outside the hotel.

Toilets are not located within One World Shop, but can be accessed via the Red Cockerel Cafe. If access is required out of cafe hours, please ask for assistance.
