A different kind of view
When looking for something different to do in Oslo I stumbled across being able to climb up to the top of the Opera House. It's free and has a really cool view from the top, just be prepared for some hard work (and poor signage).
From street level the building slopes up to the roof. On one side there are steps, the other a ramp (moderately steep by Norwegian standards). There's no signage to tell you this and the stepped side also has a winding ramp (later I found out this was for rain) that I took up. As a power chair user this was simple enough. I'd hate to have to manually push up that way. My dad was knackered enough just walking up behind me (he should have taken the stairs).
At the top the view is excellent from a chair, no high walls to block it. On the way down we found the actual wheelchair ramp. Still a little steep but much easier. I'd watch going down as a manual chair could get some serious speed up and all that stops you is a small wall and the sea! Fun though!
