Excellent

Stayed here at short notice due to weather- related flight cancellations. Wheeled from the Falls hotel, grateful for a lovely welcome, food and help so good we cancelled our Premier Inn and stayed the night. Excellent accommodation with wet floor level access shower, recently renovated rooms, helpful and pleasant staff. Recommended.

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

There's level / ramped access from the front directly into the bar, with double doors - had to get staff to unlock one leaf, but they saw me and did so very quickly.

Good

I do not know about public accessible toilets but the en-suite for our room was very spacious, toilet had all the grab rails and it was excellent.

Staff couldn't be more helpful. Multiple of them went out of their way, without any hassle or making any great waves out of making things work for me.
