Overall Rating
Good
I came to the venue for a business event using one of the stadium's rooms, so I never saw the actual stadium or sports facilities, only this room and the toilet. I found the area I was in very accessible for me. Queen of the South FC has an array of services, including a club café, physiotherapy hub, sports clubs, and youth club.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
the car park is huge with 6 blue badge parking spaces. No EV charging nearby, and the bus routes are direct but need to use the dodgy pavement (pictured) for access to the venue.
Accessible facilities: Dedicated on-site parking
Accessible Toilets
Average
these toilets were ok, but quite small. Accessible toilet 1 - left-hand side transfer with fold down grab rail on the left side, sink with vertical grabrails on both sides, soap dispenser and hand dryer. There is a grab rail on the inside of the door. Accessible toilet 2 - right-hand side transfer with fold down grab rail on the right side, sink with vertical grabrails on both sides, soap dispenser and hand dryer. There is a grab rail on the inside of the door. The corridor to the toilets is a bit narrow right outside the doors, and some electric chairs might not be able to fit.
Facilities: Accessible toilet
Staff
Good
Staff were friendly and happy to allow my assistance dog in with me.
