I visited Patisserie Valerie with my electric chair. The access is not great as there are lots of tables and chairs in the shop and you cannot really get around the shop as it get very busy. The disabled toilets is right at the back of the shop and a very difficult to get access to the toilets. The staff were very helpful.

Disable access at Patisserie Valerie is not brilliant. As there are a lot of horse and chairs all around the shop with a few stares also is very difficult to get access to the disabled toilet. Also when opening the door someone has to open it for you as the door is not automatic.

It is very difficult to get the disabled toilet at the back of the shop. The toilet is small and you are unable to get one wheelchair in.
