Overview
They recently got new toilets including changing place toilets, disabled toilets, gender neutral toilets and female/male only toilets. They also have sensory packs which you can borrow and a quiet room too.
Transport & Parking
It was tricky trying to find a parking space nearby and even driving around that area. I recommend getting the tram if you can. Manchester trams are very wheelchair accessible by the way

They had sensory bags and quiet room
Toilets
They had changing place toilets, wheelchair accessible toilet with the emergency cord hanging down.
Staff
The staff explained where everything was and answered all questions
