We are Glasgows Social history museum, we tell the stories of the peoples of Glasgow and the city from 1750 to the end of the 20th century. the thematic displays give a wonderful insight into how Glaswegians lived, worked and played in years gone by.

Collection of local life artefacts and glass houses.

Very accessible museum of everyday glasgow life, great cafe and places to sit indoors and out.

Disabled Access at People's Palace Museum

The Museum has ramps leading upto the front and side doors. there is a lift to allow access to all floors.

Accessible parking at People's Palace Museum

There are a limted number of disabled parking bays at both sides of the building. There is also a drop off and pick up point close by to the museum. On request Bollards can be lowered to allow access upto the ramps leading to the front doors.
