This is a lovely hotel. We had a delicious lunch at an extremely reasonable price, but were very underwhelmed at the arrangements for the disabled toilet.
Disabled Access In and Around

There was a back entrance for wheelchairs. I didn't notice any signage for it, but there may have been. Getting in and through to the restaurant was do-able, although it was a long way and necessitated going through different areas and doors. Once at Reception, it was straightforward going into the restaurant.
Accessible facilities: Step-free entrance, Step-free access to most areas
Parking & Transport
Good
I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
I'm not sure if there were any designated blue badge spaces, but there was plenty of parking when we were there.
Accessible facilities: Dedicated on-site parking
Accessible Toilets

The toilet itself had grabrails etc, but it was small and wouldn't have suited a large wheelchair. I didn't notice any signage and had to ask; the toilet was a long way through another function room, and I was horrified to see the steep ramp they were using. I have never seen such a steep one, and don't see why they couldn't have used a longer one with a lesser gradient. I am pretty capable with the wheelchair, but had to ask for help to push it up or down, for safety reasons. I also think (although not sure) that they had to put the ramp down specially for us. All this makes you feel really conspicuous, and for a hotel of this status (4-star) it was very disappointing.
Facilities: Accessible toilet
Staff
Good
There were plenty of them - fairly matter-of fact, and helped when asked.
