A wonderful venue!

What a wonderful venue! We love to visit Platform for Music, Exhibitions and Shows, definitely appreciate the Cafe and having a Pool and Library is great for the family. Always a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere, Thanks Platform!

Disabled Access Information Provided by Platform

Disabled Access at Platform

There is step free access to every level of the building. Box office can be found at The Bridge reception desk which is of medium height and has a lower level section for wheelchair users. There are induction loops in some parts of the building. Motorised Scooters and Guide Dogs are welcome, All of our staff are friendly and welcoming and would be happy to help with any questions or requests you might have.

Accessible parking at Platform

There are several clearly labbeled disabled parking spaces in our main car park to be found just off Westerhouse Road. There are an addition four bays for disabled visitors located at our Bogbain Road entrance.

We have five accessible toilets all of which are wide enough for wheelchair users, have step access and easy turn locks.

Accessible toilet

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
