Pollokshaws Library provides a community based library to the surrounding area located in the south of Glasgow. We have books, DVDs, CDs available to borrow plus 10 public access PCs, free Wi-Fi and the local office of Glasgow City Council's Council Tax and Housing Benefit Service three days a week

Disabled Access Information Provided by Pollokshaws Library

Disabled Access at Pollokshaws Library

Our main entrance is accessed by a small flight of steps, but we have an accessible entrance with ramp at the end of the building, which looks onto Ashtree Road. There is a bell outside the accessible entrance which customers can ring to gain access from library staff. All public areas in the building are available on one level. We also have an accessible toilet available for disabled visitors to use.
