The Pomegranate Theatre is a beautiful Grade II-listed Victorian 546-seat proscenium arch theatre based in the town centre of Chesterfield. The Pomegranate Theatre presents a programme of professional touring drama, music, dance, and a very popular star studded pantomime. In addition, the Pomegranate Theatre, Chesterfield, presents Pomegranate Screenings - an ongoing programme of latest films and satellite broadcasts using state of the art cinema equipment. The Pomegranate Theatre is also hired by local amateur groups who stage their own performances.

Ramp at Front Door. Wheelchair lift into the Bar. Wheelchair seats in the auditorium. Disabled toilet at the back of the Auditorium. Essential companions admitted for free Infra - red hearing sets. Audio Described, signed and relaxed performances as part of the theatres programme. Touch and Familiarisation tours available regular meetings of the Pomegranate Access group www.chesterfieldtheatres/access

The public Car parks very near the Theatre have disabled spaces. There is also a space outside the Theatre on the street

There is one at the back of the auditorium and backstage. We are currently looking at the possibilities of one front of house.
